Book is out of date. IMPORTANT: the Biographic Information Questionnaire (third section) of the FSOT was removed in October 2017 and replaced with a Situational Judgement section. This book has NOT been updated to reflect that. It is accurate for the first 2 sections of the FSOT, however. Average study guide. It is a quick read, and the pretest and practice test contain questions that you can find on the DOS app or several practice FSOT websites. The most useful section, in my opinion, is the information regarding the biographical portion of the FSOT. I haven't been able to find a similar section elsewhere, and while we cannot evaluate the answers, the author presents it as a good opportunity to reflect on your personal and professional pursuits and successes - identifying areas in which you can strengthen in the process.Overall, it is just an average study guide that is worth the small price for the Kindle version.
